 Better late than never.Besides my personal fitness program , I started a detox diet that I want to share with you guys. Here is my daily menu.
Breakfast: Banana , almonds, cinnamon and yougurt, mix in a blender and get a tasty smoothie.
Lunch: Lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, ramnsons,red grapes and goat cheese, add some olive oil too and make a juicy fresh salad.
Dinner: Spinach,apple, lemon , ginger, a slice of pineapple and half of an orange. Squeeze the lemon and orange and pour into the blender.Add the spinach, some water, a small slice of ginger,the sliced apple and pineapple, mix well.
Besides these, I also try to drink lot’s of water and a big glass of green tea daily.
Special treatment for the legs too. Make yourself a body scrub that you can use once every two days. Coffee plus cinnamon and olive oil, mix until you get a paste. Once every two days use a seaweed gel wrap. You can get the one I use here.  And massage the legs with warming cream everyday. Once you finish the treatment your legs will look perfect and you will feel great too! Another tip for you guys. Fade out-the original formula- it;s perfect for summer because it reduces and prevents brown spots. I  have been using it for years and I find it perfect!  You can get it online even on Ebay.

Mai bine mai tarziu decat niciodata! A venit vremea calda, dar mai avem putin timp sa ne ocupam si de felul in care aratam. Inafara de program personalizat care il urmez la sala de fitness, am inceput o dieta detox care o impartasesc cu voi. Meniul meu zilnic:
Mic dejun: Banana, migdale, scortisoara si iaurt, le amestecati in blender pana devine o crema delicioasa.
Pranz: Salata, rosii, ceapa verde, leurda, cateav boabe de struguri rosii si branza de capra taiate toate dupa cum va place, adaugati putin ulei de masline si gata e.
Cina: Spanac, un mar, o lamaie, ghimbir, o felie de ananas, o jumatate de portocala si putina apa.Lamaie si portocala se storc si se pun in bolul blenderului impreuna cu restul ingredinetelor si se mixeaza bine .
Inafara de aceastea incerc sa beau cat mai multa apa si zilnic un pahar mare de ceai verde.
Tratament special pentru picioare. Va puteti face un scrub simplu din zat de cafea, scortisoara si ulei de masline. Amestecati pana devine o pasta densa. Il puteti folosi cam o data la doua zile. Un alt tratament foarte bun pentru fermitatea pieli este folosirea gelului din alge marine pentru impachetari o data la doua zile. Pe cel care il folosesc eu il gasiti aici. Inafara de asta, folositi o crema termo pentru celulita zilnic pe care o masati intens.Dupa ce terminati tratamenul picioarele vor arata foarte bine, pielea mai ferma, o sa va si simtiti mult mai bine. Va mai dau un mic pont, crema Fade Out-original formula- este perfecta pentru reducerea si prevenirea aparitiei petele maronii. Eu o folosesc de multi ani si sunt incantata de ea. Se gaseste online chiar si pe Ebay, sau in farmacii precum Sensiblu, Catena etc.

    7-10 zile o sa tin eu. Ma gandesc ca poti continua cat te simti bine, in functie de caz. Salata de la pranz o mai schimb, adica adauga sau scot fructe sau legume, dar in general cam la fel zilnic. Ideea e sa combini alimente ce iti si plac, ma refer la fructe si legume.
