Dukan Vanilla Pudding

Fast & Healthy Dessert for Weightloss

It’s about 5 weeks since I have been following the Dukan diet and sweet craving are the worst. So I searched for some ideas on what desserts I could make and of course eat.

Some of them are really really good, and this vanilla pudding is one of them. It would probably take about 10 minutes to finish it, but it tastes better if you leave in the fridge overnight and eat it the next day.

So here’s the recipe.


  • 4 egg yolks
  • 450 ml fat free milk
  • 50-60 gr cornstarch
  • sweetener
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs and milk dukan pudding

How to make it:

Just put 400ml of milk in a pot and wait for it to start boiling. In the meantime, mix the egg yolks, cornstarch, 50ml of milk, sweetener and vanilla extract until it becomes creamy. When the milk started boiling, add the cream you just made and mix well until it thickens really well. You need to stir quickly to be sure it won’t stick to the pot.

Pour it in glasses or bowls and wait for it to chill then place it in the fridge until the next day. You can add Goji berries or cinnamon on top for extra taste.

You can also use it as a cream for any type of Dukan cake or cookie or even pancakes that are so easy to make. Maybe I will share my recipe too.
