Ripped jeans and a khaki bomber
How to wear a bomber jacket is a question we all have this season. And it’s not just how to wear it, because there are basic ways in wearing such a versatile jacket, but more of a how to wear it in a more creative way this year.
I must admit I am a sucker for bomber and varsity jackets, and not because I find them super stylish and very beautiful, but because of the comfort they acquire. This is the kind of jacket you put on before you leave the house when you have no time to style a very fashionable look.
But let’s see how we could wear it in a much more creative way.
I styled it with my new ripped jeans from Wearall and some high heeled sandals. The weather was really friendly so instead of a long sleeved blouse, I went for a simple crop-top from H&M that I got last year on sale.
But, there are many other ways in how you could pair this jacket up.
- A hooded T-shirt dress like the one I wore with oxfords
- A leather or sequined skirt and some Adidas Superstars
- A pair of boyfriend jeans and leopard stiletto heels
- A simple lace dress and statement ankle boots
- A knitted sweater and a suede skirt paired up with some vivid shoes or boots
And besides the fact that a bomber jacket is very versatile as I briefly pointed above, it provides something any normal jacket should do… warmth and comfort. If you are looking for a very artsy design, the plain bomber jacket isn’t what you should be searching for. Even if you might want to embellish it with different pins, patches or other details, it still remains a basic sporty jacket.

I would be very curious to see how you would style such a bomber jacket and I am very sure you own at least one.
