The Best Hummus Recipe
I tried out different hummus recipes but this one is the best. All the other had a weird taste of… mud I might say.
This is very easy to make and your guests will love it for sure.
The most anoying step is to clean up the chickpeas before you blend them
How to remove the peels from chickpeas: So take the can(already boiled chickpeas) and get a big bowl. Throw them over and add water. Start stiring in with your hands until the skin starts to come off. Rinse out and repeat until no skin is left.
From my experience this is the fastest way to clean them up. If you have any other tips please let me know.
Now get your ingredients ready:
- 500 gr canned chickpeas
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 t-spoons of tahini sauce
- 1 jar of sun dried tomatoes
- olive oil
After you cleand up the chickpeas, add everything into a blender and mix well. don’t throw away the oil from the sun dried tomatoes. Add it in and some extra olive too.
It’s all done!
Serve with toasted flatbread.
