Easy Homemade Chocolate Recipe

As I am on a special diet right now, I only eat sweets once every three weeks and this time I made a delicious chocolate and Tiramisu cake. Last time it was ice cream and you can check the yummy recipe here. This chocolate reminds me of childhood and I really can’t get enough of it! I can’t wait three more week to try it again! Any tips for me? Let’s see how I made it!


Acum ca tin o dieta speciala, am voie sa mananc ce vreau eu o data la 3 saptamani, iar de data asta am facut ciocolata de casa si Tiramisu. Am inteles de la colegii de la servici ca au fost delicioase ambele deserturi. Data trecuta facusem inghetata care a avut un succes la fel de mare, reteta o gasiti aici. Acum abia astept sa treaca iar trei saptamani sa mai fac  o data ciocolata. Aveti vreun sfat pentru mine? Ce variante ati facut voi? Reteta mea e mai jos.

  • 250gr- powdered milk
  • 125gr- unsalted butter
  • 100ml- water
  • a bit of salt
  • 40gr-cocoa
  • 150gr -sugar
  • 10gr raisins
  • vanilla or almond extract to taste


  • 250gr- lapte praf
  • 125gr- unt
  • 100ml- apa
  • putina sare
  • 40gr-cacao
  • 150gr -zahar
  • 10gr stafide
  • esenta de vanilie sau migdale

How to:

Pour the water, salt and sugar into a pot and let it bring to a boil stirring frequently so that It won’t stick. It will start foaming at one point, look at the clock and from that moment keep it another 5  minutes while stirring continuously.

Immediately after you take the pot off the stove, put the butter, vanilla extract into and mix carefully until the butter melted. Then sift the cocoa and powdered milk together into the sugar syrup mixing slowly. After that, place it into a plastic container or tray set with kitchen foil so that you can take it out easily after it got hard.

Place it in the freezer for a few hours. Easy and fast! You have to try it. Add cinnamon, walnut or peanuts to taste. A quick dessert that anyone will love.


Cum se face:

Apa, sarea si zaharul se pun intr-o oala pe foc amestecand imediat ce incepe sa fiarba. Cand deja a inceput sa faca o spuma alba deasupra, ne uitam la ceas si numaram 5 minute timp in care amestecam continuu dupa care luam de pe foc.

Cernem cacaua impreuna cu laptele praf si le adaugam incet peste siropul de zahar. Amestecam cu grija sa nu se faca cocoloase. Cand e gata amestecata, pune compozitia intr-o tava sau o cutie de inghetata imbraca cu folie de bucatarie sa nu se lipeasca. Punem la frigider pentru cateva ore.

Usor si rapid de facut. Se pot adauga scortisoara, alune, migdale sau alte fructe, dupa gust. Desertul copilariei pe care toata lumea il iubeste.
