Fast Pancake Recipe
Lately as I am on a special diet I usually eat oats with water, sweetner or honey, cinnamon and a banana for breakfast, but when I want to make something different I try these pancakes.
Even if the original recipe is with only three e: banana, eggs and a dash of cinnamon, I added some extras to make it my own way. The reason is that I didn’t want to use oil and the three ingredinet pancake sticked to the skillet and couldn’t get it off even if it’s a special one. Maybe you have more luck in trying the simple recipe.
But here is my version:
half a cup of rolled oats
3 eggs white and a yolk
1 spoon of cinnamon and one of honey
I mix them all together with a hand blender then pour the mixture in the pan.
I usually get 3-4 medium sized pancakes and I love to eat them with something sweet sour like sour cherries or pineapple.
Perfect dessert before going to gym. You have to try them because they are really delicious and easy to make!
