Must have items for the next season
Even if it’s still cold outside, shopping for Spring-Summer looks can never be too early.
You might know by now that I always pt for basics and try creating unique looks by adding fun accessories or mixing textures and layers. It’s because of this concept of mine that I will advise you to shop smart and manage your budget better this year.
Not sure if you’ve heard about JD Williams, but I know you will adore this brand from now on. They’ve recently launched their new collections and I have to say they are impressive. From simple cuts, to interesting fabric textures and creative cuts, everything you might want for your wardrobe re-fresh and so many more… But the best thing is that all the items are super affordable and you can buy more for the same budget. And by more, I mean stylish clothes you can mix and match in hundreds of outfits.
Maybe I can just help you build your wishlist. I picked several day dresses that can easily fit any figure and some stylish blouses that can fill in for office, casual and even more dress looks.
Loose will always be better than fitted when it comes to trying to look slimmer. Flowy dresses with small prints will flatter your body for sure. Still, if you dare, try some stripes and you will surely catch all the attention even with a casual attire.
Bold patterns and colors are for women that love to experiment and are not afraid of trying something new. They key in wearing such a dress, is to keep everything else on the neutral side. You don’t want to go overboard.
Elegant doesn’t mean you need to bling up everything. Try chiffon, embellished lace or just some sequined splices for a super fancy cocktail attire.
Prints on loose blouse can do wonders for any figure. Easy to match for a casual or office look and you can even adapt them for an evening look. Just change the skirt and you’re set! Remember, focus on accessories when you need to change the style register.
White, black and nude- never go out of style so it’s a great idea investing in such timeless pieces.
